So after my post on cupcake pan brownies, I received this amazing pan as a birthday gift. I went home and first thing the next morning made brownies. The pan is nonstick and easy to use.
Pour or press the batter into the pan. Add divider thing. Bake.
Remove bottom and top of pan (leaving you with a plate with handles.) And cool on a cooling rack. The pan makes perfectly sized, perfectly cooked brownies. Cook your brownies for 5 minutes less than the recipe calls for.
