Husband and I made these for Halloween this year.
Candy eyes (found at a local cake store 5¢ each)
Unwrap all of your Twinkies. Roll out your fondant and use a pizza cutter to make thin but long strips. Dab a bit of frosting on the bottom, where you will start wrapping the fondant. Wrap up the mummies, using more frosting as glue. The backs of the Twinkies don't need to be fully wrapped. I found it helpful to make a rounded piece for the top and bottom, then wrap a little around it.
Once your mummy is wrapped, use the frosting to place red hots as eyes, then more frosting and the candy eyes. Plate and serve.
