These cookies are super easy. Grandma makes some awesome monster cookies. These are similar, but easier - and maybe even tastier, but don't tell grandma.
Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix
1 tbsp water
1 stick butter, softened, not melted
1/3 cup butterscotch chips
1/3 cup peanut butter chips
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup pecans
Preheat oven to 375˚ Mix first four ingredients, add the chips and nuts, mix well.
Using super-awesome cookie dough scoop (like ice cream scoop but smaller), drop the cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet with silpat nonstick silicone baking mat. The scoop helps make consistently-sized cookies. The silpat guarantees that you will never burn a batch of cookies again.
Bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside for 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet and move to cooling rack.
Makes 3 dozen.
