Oven smores

Smores are one of my favorite desserts. My friend Jess suggested that I try oven smores. It wasn't a decision I regret. So amazing, and less messy than regular smores. I had no recipe, so I just made up these instructions.

 

3/4 Hershey's bar (I used dark chocolate)

3 graham crackers

handful of mini marshmallows

 

Turn on broiler. Place the chocolate in a microwave/oven-safe ramekin. Heat for 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir. Heat for another 30 seconds. Add handful of marshmallows. Place under broiler.

 

Break up graham crackers along the dotted lines. Place on plate and wait for the marshmallows to turn brown. Remove from oven and serve. Use graham crackers as scoops. Dip. Enjoy.
